How We Work

We are a team of sourcing experts specialized in hotel decoration and renovation projects. We have a structured team and follow a rigorous process.

Factory evaluation system. We developed a proprietary factory evaluation system, using relevant data such as capital, product line, production capacity, delivery time, quality of products, EU certification, credit rating, operating permit etc. We rate each factory on this system. The system will also require that we place order at new factories only after receiving qualified samples first.

Backup suppliers. We strive to have backup suppliers for every product. So that in case of production problem we can switch to the backups quickly.

Standard product description template. Sample/picture of sample received from client will be specified via standard attributes such as material, color, dimension, technical specifications, installation aperture position, style, whether need matching accessories etc. so the communication is efficient and standardized with both factory and client.

Quality control and acceptance standards, process, and tools. We built a set of guides and checklists to inspect the appearance and technical aspects of each type of product to ensure that during check and acceptance, all aspects (including packaging and shipping) are taken into consideration.

Production monitoring process. In view of usual problems with Chinese factories, we schedule associates to monitor on-site factory at several key points during the production cycle (such as before the raw material purchases and before color panel is finalized). This way, we can ensure no surprises in the end and any problem could be solved timely during the production cycle.
